I sincerely went in their with extremely low assumptions. I left The Devil in Me because everything else follows the same formula and will never compare to the original Exorcist. I can think of three good movies about exorcism. The Exorcist, Exorcist 3, and Emily Rose’s exorcism. The plot really picks up speed! Although there is no real character development, I will say that Russell Crowe plays the role admirably. It’s a great performance mixed with a joke; whatever it is, it works! It doesn’t really do anything novel; we’ve seen everything before, but this was better than expected for some reason. Give it some time.

Story: Plot: Worli, Mumbai. Two families. One has recently moved into one of the high-rises of Lower Parel, what was once known as the Cotton Mill district. The other lives a crammed life in a slum, known as Worli village. Everyday people of this slum watch the rich people’s fast cars zipping back and forth on the Worli Sea Link.
